Who are we?

Whether by personal experience or scientific curiosity about the possibilities of afterlife, the members of The Paranormal Investigation Team of North Carolina (P.I.T. Crew NC) have come together to bring their unique talents and passion to the investigation of the paranormal.

We adhere to the no non-sense, proof based techniques that have made such great investigation teams as The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS), a standard in the industry.  Members on our team have formally trained with TAPS on the USS North Carolina to ensure that our investigations are thorough, objective and professional. 

We realize the personal and sometimes traumatic nature of unexplainable activities in a home or workplace and we treat each individual case with the concerns and experiences of the people affected in mind.

Ultimately, we would like to find simple, everyday explanations for the experiences of our clients to “debunk” their claims.  But our approach to investigation also allows for those times when we cannot explain these claims or evidence which we collect.

P.I.T. Crew NC will do everything we can to resolve our clients concerns and the nature of the activity.

Our investigations begin with an in-depth interview with any and all parties affected by the activities.  Where applicable, team members will research historical material on structures or areas for pertinent information.

Our State-of- the- art equipment is then deployed according to client experiences, relying on both passive monitoring equipment and interactive studies by the investigators.

All media collected are then thoroughly reviewed and analyzed by our team, applying our proof-based, objective standards to all possible events.

Results of all investigations will be presented as the opinion of the investigative team based on a thorough and clinically sound evaluation of the media collected.

 What do we do? Our investigations typically correspond to these guidelines:

Client interview
Set up of audio/video equipment
Lights out (investigation time: 4 hours or more)
Clean up and departure
Analysis of evidence
Findings Report  

  Where do we go?  We are located in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina and we will investigate anywhere in North Carolina and surrounding states. If your need is outside of this area we still may be able to help through our contact and partners so feel free to contact us.  Due to natural factors beyond our control, we typically avoid outdoor investigates but contact us to discuss the possibilities.
